The owners were looking to convert a two-bed bungalow in Solihull into a three bed family home by extending into the loft space.

Two rear dormer windows with elegantly proportioned windows were proposed. To the front the desire was to create some kerb appeal by upgrading the entrance. We proposed a double height hallway with a new front dormer to match the new dormers proposed to the rear.

A new porch was also introduced, which had full height vertical glazing and proportions to match the new front dormer.
