Architects in Wolverhampton - FAQ
Why use an architect?
Building projects can be challenging so an architect can be a valuable guide and provide assistance to ensure your project meets your requirements. Choosing to work with an architect means feeding into a lot of technical knowledge, skill and creativity. The decisions your architect makes will have long-standing effects on your project so an architect will add a lot of value help make the most of your budget.
When should I involve an architect?
We’d recommend involving an architect as early as possible. The most important decisions are made early on in a project, so the sooner they are involved the sooner they can provide guidance and advice.
How can I check if an architect is registered?
The title ‘architect’ is protected by law, so making sure your architect is ARB registered is important. Use this link to check if your architect is on the Register: Architects Register. If they are not on the register, they are not an architect.
How much do architects charge?
The fee depends on the project. For standard extensions, we charge a lower fixed fee. For larger bespoke projects with project management, we would charge a percentage rate of the overall build cost.
